Who actually funds the loan?
Funding is provided through our lending partners (capital providers). Categui Loans guides the process from submission to closing.
What do you need to issue a term sheet?
Property address and state, loan type (Fix & Flip / New Construction / Gap / DSCR), purchase price or total cost, rough budget, and your timeline.
Do you work with first-time investors?
Yes. If the deal makes sense, we’ll guide you through the steps so you know what to expect.
How do referral fees work?
If you introduce a qualified client and we close a loan with that client, we pay a referral fee at funding.
Referral terms are agreed in advance and paid once the loan is successfully funded.
